It’s rare that I would watch a movie 2 times within a 2 day span. But when it comes to the perfection that I’m going to call “Claire Danes performance of her life”; it was a very easy accomplishment. I can’t help gushing about how mesmerizing Danes’ portrayal of Temple Grandin is. She channels the idiosyncrasies of Grandin without being a caricature and displays her intellect with compelling believability. What is also illuminating is getting educated about autism in such a creative way. I highly recommend this film if you: know someone that has autism, have a curiosity about slaughterhouses or have a new secret crush on Claire Danes.
