SALT

Is it just me that feels like Angelina Jolie eclipses her films? It’s like her “offscreen” fame is too big for the small screen. She’s a good actress but lately I seldom separate the character she plays from what the tabloids depict of her. She’s everywhere. Thankfully, there was a mediocre enough intrigue to this story that it was pleasantly tolerable. It’s an outlandish plot that is only fun because it’s so ridiculous. But you don’t watch a movie called SALT because you think you’re going to get insight about the human condition.
