It’s difficult to enjoy a movie that has infiltrated pop culture so pervasively. A recent episode of Community convinced me to finally watch what all the hype is about. It’s non-sequitur plot line is still refreshing and smart. I knew enough to know that Pulp Fiction is less about the plot and more about scenes filled with interesting dialogue. I might have just treaded on someone’s sacred interpretation that might claim that this movie is all about plot. Maybe. What kept me engaged was the comedic exchanges of ridiculous situations. Not to mention Samuel L’s moist afro.
