How can any couple resist from watching this film? Watching The Office and 30 Rock we’ve grown a love for Michael Scott and Liz Lemmon. Comedy is something they do well so how could this movie not be any better than the shows they star in? In a perfect world Michael and Liz would make a horrible couple. Yet that would be more interesting than the supposed marriage Phil and Claire Foster share. There were funny moments that were eclipsed with moments of over-trying to be a romantic comedy for married couples. It felt like it could have been edgier but because of the market target was toned down. I get the lesson- never take someone elses reservation or you’ll get a kill shot aimed at your face.
